How to Make Crazy Good {and Easy!} Everything Bagel Roasted Potatoes
Are you OBSESSED with Everything But the Bagel Seasoning? Or, did you just pick up a jar the last time you were at Trader Joe’s and are now looking for ways to use it? Either way, you are going to LOVE these Everything But the Bagel Roasted Potatoes!
Made with just 3-ingredients, Everything Bagel Potatoes are SO easy and make the BEST sidedish. They’re also a healthy alternative to fries or tater tots.
What You’ll Need to Everything Bagel Roasted Potatoes
- 1 lb red potatoes (If you are using baby red potatoes, cut them into quarters. For medium-sized potatoes, cut them into eighths.)
- 2 TBSP olive oil
- 1 TBSP Everything Bagel Seasoning
How to Make Roasted Potatoes with Everything but the Bagel Seasoning
Step One
First, preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step Two
Place your cut-up potatoes on the parchment paper-lined baking sheet and drizzle the olive oil over them. Next, sprinkle Everything but the Bagel seasoning over them.
Using your hands, mix the potatoes, olive oil, and seasoning until the potatoes are completely covered. At this point, I eyeball the potatoes and, if I think they need a bit more seasoning, I just sprinkle some more over the top of them.
Step Three
Finally, bake the potatoes uncovered for about 55-60 minutes or until they are golden brown and tender. It’s a good idea to check on them every now and then and give them a stir for even browning.
