- 1 cup English cucumber, peeled, diced, and with juices squeezed out
- 2 cups of plain Greek Yogurt
- 3 TBSP lemon juice
- 2 TBSP basil, minced
- 2 TBSP olive oil
- 1 TBSP garlic, minced
- 1.5 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
