  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 TBSP honey
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp hot sauce optional

  •  Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  •  Step Two Place the chicken wings on the baking sheet in a single layer, ensuring that they are not touching each other or over-crowded. Season the wings with salt and pepper.
  • Next, bake the wings for about 45-50 minutes until the skin is browned and crispy.
  •  Step ThreeWhile the chicken wings are baking,  add the minced garlic and butter to a saucepan and heat over medium heat until garlic has softened, approximately 1-2 minutes.

  •  Allow the sauce to simmer for a few minutes until the honey has completely dissolved.
  •  Remove the pan from heat and stir in hot sauce, if desired.
  • Step Four Once the chicken wings have finished baking, transfer them to a large glass bowl.  Pour the honey mustard mixture over the top and toss until the wings are well coated with the sauce.
  •   You can either serve the wings immediately or place them on a large baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and broil for 1-2 minutes until the sauce is browned and bubbly.
