This easy Broccoli Cauliflower Salad is the perfect side dish for all your family gatherings. This easiest salad recipe ever uses simple ingredients and is a great way to get your kids to eat raw veggies.

Ingredients
For the Salad
4cupsof fresh broccolicut into small pieces
4cupsof cauliflower floretscut into small pieces
2cupsof shredded cheddar cheese
1/2cupcrumbled bacon
1small red oniondiced
For the Salad Dressing
1cupmayonnaise
2Tablespoonsof white sugar
1and 1/2 Tablespoons of white vinegar
Instructions
Step One
In a small bowl, mix the mayo, sugar, and vinegar.
Combine the raw broccoli, cauliflower, red onion, cheese, and crumbled bacon in a separate large bowl.
Step Two
Pour the creamy dressing over the salad ingredients and toss until everything is well coated.
Let it sit for a couple of hours before serving so that the flavors have a chance to blend.
Store in an airtight container until you’re ready to serve it.
Notes
You can make this salad up to 24 hours in advance. It tastes better the next day after the flavors have had a chance to meld.
