Best Ever Bacon Breakfast Quiche

Ingredients

  • 12 bacon strips cooked and crumbled
  • ½ cup Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
  • ½ cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • ½ small onion diced
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 9- inch premade pie crust

Instructions

Step One

  • Begin by preheating your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step Two

  • Place the bacon, cheeses, and onion on the pie crust. Using your fingers, gently mingle the ingredients until they are roughly blended.

Step Three

  • In a medium sized bowl, beat together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Next, gently pour egg mixture over the ingredients in the pie crust.

Step Four

  • Finally, bake the quiche for 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the quiche to cool for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
