A delicious salad in a white bowl, with a small metal dish of O'Hana Honey Lime Dressing, inspired by Disney's Polynesian paradise.

'Ohana Honey Lime Dressing | Disney World's Polynesian Resort

Print Recipe
This recipe is for the beloved Honey Lime Dressing they used to serve at the Walt Disney World Polynesian Resort, at the 'Ohana dinner.
Prep Time:10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of a white onion
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 cup honey hint – spray the inside of the measuring cup with cooking spray, so the honey pours out easily
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup olive or canola oil

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients except the oil into food processor and blend until everything is smooth and frothy.
  • Slowly incorporate 1 cup of oil into the mixture and continue to blend until well incorporated.

Notes

This dressing can be used over a salad, broccoli slaw, or even as a veggie dip…anything you want to add pure deliciousness to!
IF there are any leftovers, place in a mason jar and refrigerate. The ingredients will separate, so give the jar a good shake before you use it, to reincorporate the oil.
