1can of chickpeas or garbanzo beans
2Tablespoonsof Olive Oil
3Teaspoonsof Everything But the Bagel Seasoning
Instructions
Step One
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F.
Rinse and drain the chickpeas then place them on a paper towel or clean dish towel and pat to dry them off a bit.
Step Two
Place the chickpeas on a large, rimmed baking sheet.
Next, drizzle the chickpeas with olive oil and sprinkle the Everything Bagel Seasoning over them.
Using your hands, mix everything together until all the chickpeas are coated with oil and the seasoning. (Some of the thin skins will come off the chickpeas while you're doing this, it's okay, just leave them to roast and get crispy.)
Step Three
Spread them apart in a single layer on the pan and bake in your hot oven for 25-30 minutes until they are crispy and golden brown.
Allow the chickpeas to cool to room temperature before serving. You can store them in an airtight container on your counter for about a week (if they last that long!).
