Ingredients
19 inches deep dish pie crust, frozen
5-6slicesof bacon or turkey bacondiced
6large eggs
1cupwhole milk
¼tspWorcestershire sauce
Salt & black pepperto taste
1cupfresh baby spinach
1 ¼cupsshredded Mozzarella cheesedivided
2green oniondiced
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
Step 2
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Set it aside.
Step 3
Begin layering the ingredients in the bottom of the pie crust:
Start with the spinach
Next, add the chopped bacon
Now, top with one cup cheese
Finally, sprinkle the green onions over the top
Very gently, pour the egg mixture over the pie filling, making sure it gets into all of the crevices.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top

Place the pie tin on a baking sheet and bake in your preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is slightly puffed and starting to brown. A knife inserted into the center should come out clean when it’s ready. Allow the finished quiche to cool slightly before cutting. Serve warm or at room temperature.
