Asparagus Bacon Bundles (Keto-Friendly)

Ingredients

  • lbs asparagus about 36 spears
  • 12 slices bacon
  • Fresh ground black pepper
  • Olive oil spray optional
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Optional Dip:

  • ½ cup mayo
  • 1 –2 garlic cloves minced
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and prep a baking sheet.
  • Trim asparagus and divide into 12 bundles of 3 spears each.
  • Wrap each bundle with 1 slice of bacon. Place seam-side down.
  • Season with pepper. Lightly spray with oil (optional).
  • Bake 20–25 minutes until bacon is crisp. Broil last 2 minutes if needed.
  • Mix the dip while they bake, if using.
  • Serve warm or at room temp with lemon wedges and dip.
