Ingredients
1½lbsasparagusabout 36 spears
12slicesbacon
Fresh ground black pepper
Olive oil sprayoptional
Lemon wedgesfor serving
Optional Dip:
½cupmayo
1–2 garlic clovesminced
Juice of ½ lemon
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F and prep a baking sheet.
Trim asparagus and divide into 12 bundles of 3 spears each.
Wrap each bundle with 1 slice of bacon. Place seam-side down.
Season with pepper. Lightly spray with oil (optional).
Bake 20–25 minutes until bacon is crisp. Broil last 2 minutes if needed.
Mix the dip while they bake, if using.
Serve warm or at room temp with lemon wedges and dip.
