These are easy to work into just about anything. They can sit next to a whole spread of appetizers or stand on their own as a small, warm bite.

- 1 pear
- ½ cup crumbled blue cheese
- ground black pepper
- 15 mini phyllo tart shells
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Peel the pear and dice it into very small pieces.
Arrange the phyllo shells on the baking sheet.
Fill the shells with pear pieces, then top with crumbled blue cheese. Sprinkle with pepper.
Transfer the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
Serve warm and enjoy!
