Ingredients
1pre-baked flatbread or naan
1/2cupshredded mozzarella cheese
1/4cupcreamy Caesar dressingplus more for drizzling
1 1/2cupsfinely shredded romaine or iceberg lettuce
1/4cupshaved Parmesan cheese
2tablespoonscrushed croutons or buttery crackerslike Ritz or Club crackers
Freshly ground black pepperto taste
Optional: grated Parmesan for garnish
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F, or follow the temperature listed on your flatbread package.
Place the flatbread on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
Spread a thin layer of Caesar dressing over the flatbread.
Sprinkle evenly with mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the flatbread are golden brown.
Let the pizza cool slightly, about 2 minutes.
Top with shredded lettuce, shaved Parmesan, and crushed crackers.
Drizzle with more Caesar dressing, if desired.
Add freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Slice and serve while the flatbread is still warm and crisp.
