Caesar Salad Pizza

A crispy flatbread base topped with creamy Caesar dressing, shredded lettuce, shaved Parmesan, and crushed crackers for crunch. It’s everything you love about Caesar salad… but on pizza.

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-baked flatbread or naan
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup creamy Caesar dressing plus more for drizzling
  • 1 1/2 cups finely shredded romaine or iceberg lettuce
  • 1/4 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons crushed croutons or buttery crackers like Ritz or Club crackers
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Optional: grated Parmesan for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F, or follow the temperature listed on your flatbread package.
  • Place the flatbread on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  • Spread a thin layer of Caesar dressing over the flatbread.
  • Sprinkle evenly with mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the flatbread are golden brown.
  • Let the pizza cool slightly, about 2 minutes.
  • Top with shredded lettuce, shaved Parmesan, and crushed crackers.
  • Drizzle with more Caesar dressing, if desired.
  • Add freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  • Slice and serve while the flatbread is still warm and crisp.
