Ingredients
1cupzucchinigrated
1large egg
¼cupsharp cheddar cheesefinely shredded
⅓cupItalian breadcrumbs
1tbspgrated parmesan
1tspminced onion
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
Grate zucchini and squeeze out as much water as possible using a clean towel.
