Ingredients

  • 29 oz can pure pumpkin
  • 12 oz evaporated milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 13.25 oz box Spice cake mix
  • ½ cup butter cut into small pads
  • ½ cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  • Mix the pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugars, and spice together in the crockpot.
  • Pour the cake mix over the pumpkin mixture.
  • Cut the butter into small pads, then arrange over the top of the dry cake mix.
  • Sprinkle pecans over the butter.
  • Cook on high for 2 hours.
  • Top with whipped cream or ice cream to serve.
