Roasted Tomatoes

cherry tomatoes on the vine

olive oil
Kosher salt

Freshly ground black pepper

Cheese

balls of burrata cheese

cup
whole-milk ricotta cheese
Hot honey
for drizzling
Olive oil
for drizzling
Freshly ground black pepper

Cured Meats

–4 ounces sliced salami
3
–4 ounces sliced soppressata or Italian dry salami
Crackers & Bread
Assorted Italian-style crackers

small baguette or ciabatta loaf

Instructions
Place cherry tomatoes in the air fryer basket. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Air fry at 375°F for 8–10 minutes, until blistered and softened. Let cool slightly.
Drizzle burrata with olive oil and black pepper.
Spoon ricotta into a bowl and drizzle with hot honey and black pepper.
Arrange meats, crackers, and bread on a large board or platter.
Add burrata, ricotta, and roasted tomatoes to the board.
Drizzle with more olive oil if desired. Serve immediately or refrigerate briefly until serving.
