Italian Grazing Board with Air-Fryer Roasted Tomatoes

Ingredients

Roasted Tomatoes

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes on the vine
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Cheese

  • 2 balls of burrata cheese
  • ½ cup whole-milk ricotta cheese
  • Hot honey for drizzling
  • Olive oil for drizzling
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Cured Meats

  • 3 –4 ounces sliced salami
  • 3 –4 ounces sliced soppressata or Italian dry salami

Crackers & Bread

  • Assorted Italian-style crackers
  • 1 small baguette or ciabatta loaf sliced

Instructions

  • Place cherry tomatoes in the air fryer basket. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Air fry at 375°F for 8–10 minutes, until blistered and softened. Let cool slightly.
  • Drizzle burrata with olive oil and black pepper.
  • Spoon ricotta into a bowl and drizzle with hot honey and black pepper.
  • Arrange meats, crackers, and bread on a large board or platter.
  • Add burrata, ricotta, and roasted tomatoes to the board.
  • Drizzle with more olive oil if desired. Serve immediately or refrigerate briefly until serving.
