Pretzel rolls or any rolls you love
Meats
Deli-sliced turkey
Deli-sliced ham
Cheeses (Optional)
Provolone slices
Mozzarella slices
Veggies and Crunch
Sliced red onions
Arugula or baby greens
Thinly sliced radishes
Dill pickle chips
Kettle cooked potato chips
Goldfish crackers
Spreads
Dijon mustard
Mayo or aioli
Instructions
Place the rolls and buns on one edge of a large board or tray.
Roll or fold the deli meats and arrange them beside the bread.
Add the vegetables, pickles, and chips around the board.
Place mustard and mayo in small bowls and tuck them onto the board.
Scatter Goldfish crackers or extra chips where they fit.
Serve immediately and let everyone build their own sandwich.
