Italian Sandwich Board

Ingredients

Breads

  • Soft slider buns
  • Pretzel rolls or any rolls you love

Meats

  • Deli-sliced turkey
  • Deli-sliced ham

Cheeses (Optional)

  • Provolone slices
  • Mozzarella slices

Veggies and Crunch

  • Sliced red onions
  • Arugula or baby greens
  • Thinly sliced radishes
  • Dill pickle chips
  • Kettle cooked potato chips
  • Goldfish crackers

Spreads

  • Dijon mustard
  • Mayo or aioli

Instructions

  • Place the rolls and buns on one edge of a large board or tray.
  • Roll or fold the deli meats and arrange them beside the bread.
  • Add the vegetables, pickles, and chips around the board.
  • Place mustard and mayo in small bowls and tuck them onto the board.
  • Scatter Goldfish crackers or extra chips where they fit.
  • Serve immediately and let everyone build their own sandwich.
