4slicesof roast beef from the delidiced small
½cupfinely diced green pepper
1small onionfinely diced
½ - ¾cupfinely diced mushrooms
1 ½tspWeber Savory Steakhouse seasoning
½cupprovolone cheeseshredded

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Chop your veggies and the roast beef.
Add the green pepper and onion to a skillet and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring to soften slightly.
Add the roast beef, mushrooms, and seasoning to the skillet. Cook for an additional 5 minutes. Stir in half the cheese.
Fill the phyllo shells with the mixture, and the top with a little more cheese.
Arrange the phyllo shells on a baking sheet and transfer to the oven to bake for 10 minutes.
