Philly Cheesesteak Phyllo Bites

These come together quickly and land well every time. Nothing complicated. Just something warm and savory that’s easy to make and even easier to remember for next time.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of roast beef from the deli diced small
  • ½ cup finely diced green pepper
  • 1 small onion finely diced
  • ½ - ¾ cup finely diced mushrooms
  • 1 ½ tsp Weber Savory Steakhouse seasoning
  • ½ cup provolone cheese shredded
  • 30 Phyllo Shells

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Chop your veggies and the roast beef.
  • Add the green pepper and onion to a skillet and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring to soften slightly.
  • Add the roast beef, mushrooms, and seasoning to the skillet. Cook for an additional 5 minutes. Stir in half the cheese.
  • Fill the phyllo shells with the mixture, and the top with a little more cheese.
  • Arrange the phyllo shells on a baking sheet and transfer to the oven to bake for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven, serve warm, and enjoy!
