1.5cupsof water
2 -3poundsof frozen snow crab legs
Optional: melted butter and lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
Step One
Place a metal trivet into the bottom of your Instant Pot and pour the water in.
Add the clusters of crab legs to the pressure cooker.
Step Two
Close the lid, set the machine to high pressure, and set the manual cook time to 5 minutes.
Step Three
Once the crab meat is done cooking, perform a quick release on your Instant Pot. Once it’s safe to do so, remove the lid and use tongs to transfer the crab legs to a serving platter.
Serve with melted butter and a squeeze of lemon juice.
