How to Make Delicious Crab Legs In Your Instant Pot

Crab legs are always a treat for a special occasion and this easy instant pot crab legs recipe is sure to impress the seafood lovers in your life!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups of water
  • 2 -3 pounds of frozen snow crab legs
  • Optional: melted butter and lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

Step One

  • Place a metal trivet into the bottom of your Instant Pot and pour the water in.
  • Add the clusters of crab legs to the pressure cooker.

Step Two

  • Close the lid, set the machine to high pressure, and set the manual cook time to 5 minutes.

Step Three

  • Once the crab meat is done cooking, perform a quick release on your Instant Pot. Once it’s safe to do so, remove the lid and use tongs to transfer the crab legs to a serving platter.
  • Serve with melted butter and a squeeze of lemon juice.
