Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of buffalo wing sauce such as Frank’s Red Hot

Instructions

Step One

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees Farrenheit.
  • On a rimmed sheet pan, toss the cauliflower florets with the oil, and spread coated cauliflower out into a single layer. Place the tray in the oven and roast for 20-25 minutes until they are tender and lightly browned.

Step Two

  • Use tongs to transfer the baked cauliflower to a large bowl. Toss cauliflower with the spicy buffalo sauce and serve with a slotted spoon.
