Ingredients

What You'll Need to Make the Chicken Shawarma Rotisserie Recipe

  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken breast
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander seed

What You'll Need to Make the Garlic Yogurt Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 garlic cloves minced

Instructions

How to Make the Chicken Shawarma Recipe

  • Place the shredded chicken and olive oil in a large bowl, tossing to coat the chicken in oil.
  • Next, combine the salt, cumin, thyme, and coriander seed in a small bowl.
  • Finally, add the spice mixture to the chicken, tossing it to coat.
  • You can serve the chicken right away or make it ahead of time and leave it in the refrigerator to marinate until you're ready to build your Chicken Shawarma dinner bar.

How to Make the Shawarma Garlic Sauce

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Refrigerate until ready to use.
