Best Ever Asian Marinade For Steak

This fast and tasty Asian marinade for steak will elevate even the simplest of steak dishes. It's versatile enough to be used with various beef cuts and flavorful enough to become a fast favorite.
Prep Time:5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ginger minced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1.5 -2 pounds of your favorite cut of steak

Instructions

  • In a big zip lock bag (or shallow dish with a cover), combine all of the marinade ingredients (everything except the steak indicated above).
  • Next, add the steak, make sure the bag is completely sealed, and turn the bag until the steak is completely coated in the marinade.
  • Marinate the steak in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes and up to 12 hours before cooking.
  • Let the steaks come to room temperature before cooking them (grill, stovetop, etc.).
  • Discard any leftover liquid marinade.
