Instructions
How to Make Shredded Chicken In an Instant Pot
Place chicken in pot with salt, pepper, and broth.
Cook on High Pressure for 10 minutes. Let pressure release naturally for 5 minutes, then quick release.
Shred and mix with juices.
How to Make Shredded Chicken in Your Slow Cooker
Place chicken in crockpot with salt, pepper, and broth.
Cook on Low for 6–8 hours or High for 4 hours.
Shred and stir with juices.
Notes
Store in fridge (3 days) or freezer (3 months). Portion into 2-cup servings for easy future meals.
