Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz block of fresh feta cheese
  • ½ cup grape tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup marinated artichoke hearts roughly chopped
  • ½ cup pitted kalamata olives
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ⅛ teaspoon cracked black pepper

Instructions

  • Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F.
  • Use a small baking dish or oven-safe skillet that comfortably fits the block of feta and allows the toppings to spread around it.
  • Place the block of feta cheese in the center of the dish and scatter the halved grape tomatoes, chopped artichoke hearts, and kalamata olives on and around the feta.
  • Next, drizzle the olive oil evenly over the feta and vegetables. Sprinkle with cracked black pepper.
  • Finally, place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 18–20 minutes, or until the feta is soft and slightly golden around the edges and the tomatoes have released their juices.
  • Allow the feta to cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with crusty bread, crostini, or pita bread.
