- If you and your whole family love that delicious combination of chicken and artichokes along with salty olives and sweet grape tomatoes, this recipe is going to make your taste buds sing.
- You can have this recipe prepped, cooked, and on the dinner table in under 30 minutes.
- Everything, including the orzo, cooks in your Instant Pot, so there aren’t any additional pans to clean up later.
- The Orzo soaks up the flavors of the chicken and spices in this recipe and is a nice change of pace from using rice in your chicken bowls.

How to Make Instant Pot Mediterranean Chicken
Step One
Place the first 10 ingredients in your Instant Pot and stir until all of the ingredients are mixed together.
Close and lock lid on the electric pressure cooker (making sure the vent is closed) and, select high pressure and set the cook time for 8 minutes.
Once the Greek Chicken has finished cooking, you can perform a quick release.
Step Two
Once your Instant Pot has depressurized, remove the lid, add the orzo, and replace the lid, making sure that the vent is closed.
Select the “Pressure Cook” button and set the timer for 3 minutes. When the timer goes off, allow your pressure cooker to perform a natural release for 4 minutes, and then do a quick release to remove any remaining pressure.
I like to serve this in bowls, topped with crumbled fresh feta, pita bread, and either a dollop of Greek yogurt or homemade tzatziki sauce with crunchy cucumber.
