- Small head of broccoli, chopped
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries (Craisins)
- 4 slices bacon, diced (or 3–4 tbsp Real Bacon Bits)
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- 1 cup poppy seed salad dressing
Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix ingredients until well combined and dressing covers entire salad. Add extra dressing as needed/to taste.
