Rosemary Balsamic Steak Salad is one of my all-time favorite summer salads. This hearty salad combines an easy balsamic vinaigrette with juicy steak and fresh vegetables. The homemade balsamic vinaigrette with rosemary is one of my favorite dressings and is equally amazing as a marinade.
If you’ve got vegetarians coming to dinner, I recommend making a second batch of the salad dressing and pairing it with a salad made of peppery arugula, red onions, creamy avocado, cherry tomatoes. I promise they’ll be licking dressing from their serving plates – it’s THAT delicious!
