Quick & Easy Mediterranean Spinach, Artichoke, & Feta Dip
This super easy dip can be made in just 5 minutes! Make it ahead of time, stick it in the refrigerator, and serve crowd-pleaser Mediterranean Spinach, Artichoke, and Feta Dip as an appetizer at your next party or small gathering!

Easy Spinach, Artichoke, and Feta Dip is one of my all-time favorite appetizer dips. Not only is it super easy (and quick) to throw together last minute, but it’s also REALLY REALLY yummy!
What You’ll Need to Make Spinach, Artichoke, and Feta Dip
- 1/2 cup frozen chopped or leaf spinach, thawed
- 1 cup of crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup of marinated artichokes, undrained
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil
How to Make Mediterranean Spinach, Artichoke, and Feta Dip
Step One
Microwave the spinach in a small, microwave safe bowl for two minutes on high.
Step Two
Place the feta cheese, artichokes, spinach, pepper, and olive oil into your food processor. Process for 1 1/2 – 2 minutes, until everything is chopped and well mixed. (You want the dip to be chunky, not totally smooth.)
Note: I actually hate dragging out my food processor unless it’s absolutely necessary so, when I’m making a single batch of this dip, I use my Ninja Bullet. You do have to take the lid off half-way through blending, stir the dip, and blend it again.
P.S. This dip is also AMAZING served over grilled chicken.
