What You’ll Need to Make This Healthy Fruit Dip

  • 32 oz Container of Vanilla Flavored Greek Yogurt
  • 8 oz Container of Cool Whip
  • 3.4 oz Box of Vanilla Pudding Mix (dry)

It’s hard to believe that something so simple can be so yummy! This dip contains greek yogurt, vanilla pudding mix, and cool whip – that’s it!

How do I make 3-Ingredient Fruit Dip?

Just mix the simple ingredients together in a large mixing bowl and pop it into the refrigerator to chill. It’s so easy – your kids or any other beginner cooks can quickly make this themselves and it’s guaranteed to be a recipe they’ll be proud of.

One word of caution: you really do need to allow the dip to chill before serving it. You don’t need to wait a long time, about 20 minutes will do. The vanilla pudding mix needs some time to dissolve and will be “gritty” if you don’t allow it to chill.

This recipe makes a large batch and keeps in the refrigerator for about a week. This delicious dip tastes even better the next day after the flavors have had time to set.

This means you can use serve it to your kids and family a few times, change out the accompaniments, and have a totally different snack or dessert each time.
